ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. I’ve been with State Farm for over 31 years and have owned two different agencies during my career, which has given me a deep understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful, sustainable office. I’m also a Marine Corps veteran, and that background influences my leadership style—focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Staying involved locally is important to me, and I’m active in the Rotary Club and the Beaver Creek Chambers. For our team, we offer paid vacation time, health benefits, a 401k, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is driven and supportive, and we’re looking for go-getters who are goal-oriented, motivated, and always striving to improve. This is a great environment for someone who wants to work hard, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values effort, accountability, and progress.
