$45,000 Base + $55K–$60K+ First Year Potential
Elvin Taylor State Farm is a top-producing agency for six consecutive years and home to two of the highest Google-rated insurance agencies in the city. We are growing and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales with real income and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance solutions
- Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and set appointments
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities to help customers
- Follow a proven sales process with hands-on coaching and support
- Hit daily and weekly activity goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Property and Casualty Licenses preferred (not required)
- Sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable with a desire to improve and grow
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to obtain insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 base salary
- $55,000–$60,000+ expected first-year earnings
