ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Wyatt Adamson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
We have a tight-knit team looking to add on an additional team member who is competitive, fair, honest, and interested in growing. This is a very competitive position due to the pay, the benefits, and most importantly, the culture. And when we say culture, we are talking about that tangible stuff. We also don't hide pay details in an obscure way to get you to apply.. Starting pay is $15/hour. Increases in pay are available if you are interested in growing in the agency and taking on extra responsibilities. We are looking at hours from 8:15 AM until 3:00PM with the ability to go full time in the future, if desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
