Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed. You will be responsible for selling life and auto insurance policies to prospective clients. This position starts as part-time, with the opportunity to move to full-time based on consistent performance and proven sales ability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and generate leads
- Present and explain insurance products (life and auto) to clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and obtain necessary insurance licenses
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
