RESPONSIBILITIES:

CAREER PATH 2 - AGENT ASPIRANT
 
As an Agent Aspirant with J.C. Fleming State Farm, affiliated with State Farm Insurance, you will learn how to build and operate your own business while marketing a broad range of financial products that manage everyday risks. This includes insurance and investment products. You will develop a consultative sales approach to educate customers on their financial options, helping them secure their financial futures. Your analytical skills and business mindset will make you a valuable resource to customers and a key contributor to a thriving agency.

You will work directly under the guidance of an experienced State Farm agent for approximately two years. After this period, and subject to meeting State Farm corporate’s requirements, you will have the opportunity to open and operate your own State Farm agency.
