ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Wyatt Pusey - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated, experienced producer who is confident in consultative sales and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. This role focuses specifically on Life and Health insurance production and offers flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop new Life and Health insurance opportunities
  • Conduct needs-based conversations with clients
  • Present, quote, and close Life and Health policies
  • Follow up on warm leads and existing client opportunities
  • Generate referrals and cross-sell within the current book
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and company standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of Life and/or Health sales experience
  • Proven sales or production history
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
