RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process customers payments in person and over the phone, or scheduling directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Set meetings up for Agent with sale opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have active California and/or Arizona. Insurance license.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pivot to sales conversations.
Compensation: $3,360.00 - $5,000.00 per month
