ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create exceptional experiences that support the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and strong customer service skills will help you build and maintain lasting relationships. You’ll resolve inquiries, collaborate with team members and partners, and anticipate the needs of the community we serve.
We welcome candidates who are customer-focused, empathetic, and eager to grow. There are excellent internal growth opportunities for driven, sales-minded individuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and answer customer inquiries and provide policy information, policy changes and updates, and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in sales activities, both inside and out (pivoting with proven track record).
- Support individual and team sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State Farm Insurance experience 1-3 yrs, fully licensed.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and knowledgeable about insurance products.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
