ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and we’re currently a growing team of two with a strong foundation and big goals ahead. Before opening my office, I spent 20 years in the sporting industry, and I made the move into State Farm because I wanted the opportunity to run my own business while making a real difference by helping people protect what matters most.
Outside of work, I’m a retired ultramarathoner, and that mindset carries into how I lead: consistent effort, staying motivated, and always working to improve. I believe success comes from showing up every day, doing the right things, and taking care of people the right way.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Urbine - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
