ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Part-time office position in Boca Raton State Farm agency as Agent's Assistant. Bi-lingual Portuguese and or Spanish preferred. Prior office experience required. Excellent phone and computer skills a must. We will train you and pay expenses for the basic customer service license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Answering phones, taking payments, updating client files, and providing general assistance to the agency.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

  • $18-20 Base Salary (based on experience and insurance licenses)
  • 18-22 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Bi-Lingual in Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred
  • Must obtain & be able to retain State of Florida insurance license.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Tech savy
