As Account Associate for Dalila Namy State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As Account Associate for Dalila Namy State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to follow-up on leads.
- Help customers purchase products that meet their needs.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual - Spanish (required)
- Willingness to learn and apply a sales focus with a needs-based approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Candidates must be able to work in-person at our office location; remote work is not available for this role.
Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Port Chester, NY.
- Our office is open Monday - Saturday.
- I am a third generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
