Our agency opened in 1998 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in providing great service and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a marketing representative, which helped shape my focus on relationships, communication, and customer care.

I attended Towson University and have two adult children. Family and community are both important parts of my life, and that perspective carries into the way I run the office. I stay active in the community through the Lee Mt. Vernon Chamber of Commerce and as a volunteer coach with the Springfield Youth Club. Giving back and staying involved locally has always been a priority.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Yvette Schuler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
