ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2015 and is a team of six who are committed to serving our community and supporting one another. I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and have worked in four different agencies, gaining a wide range of experience that shapes how I lead and develop my team today.

I attended the University of Rio Grande and now serve on the university’s Board of Trustees. Education and community involvement are both very important to me, and I enjoy staying connected to the people and organizations that make our area strong.

Our agency is deeply involved in the community. We work closely with the local food bank, support Habitat for Humanity, sponsor many events in town, and take part in initiatives like InspireHER, Forge sponsorships, and women in business seminars. Giving back is a core part of who we are.

We offer a four-day workweek, holidays and PTO, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing reimbursement. We believe in supporting our team with a strong work-life balance while still maintaining high standards and results.

Our culture is built around empowerment, service, and genuine care for our customers and community. We’re looking for someone who is driven, disciplined, professional, and a strong team player. If you’re someone who truly cares about helping others and wants to be part of a supportive, community-focused office, this could be a great place to grow your career.
