ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and is a small, close-knit team of three who truly look out for one another. I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years, starting my career with the company before becoming an agent. That long-term experience has shaped the way I run the office and support both our customers and our team.
I attended Florida Atlantic University and enjoy spending my free time fishing, golfing, and being with family. Keeping that balance between work and life is important to me, and it’s something I encourage for everyone on the team.
We offer 8–10 sick days, 10 days of PTO, a 401(k) after one year, a monthly health stipend, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on doing great work without unnecessary stress.
Our culture is simple and supportive—we operate like a small family and take care of each other. We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. If you’re looking for a close-knit environment where people support one another and enjoy coming to work each day, this could be a great fit for you.
