Our office is built for people who want a strong balance of sales growth and meaningful service. The role is approximately 75% sales and 25% service, giving you the opportunity to focus on production while still supporting customers beyond the initial sale.

You’ll be joining a team-based environment led by a 37-year State Farm Agent in Frankfort who is deeply involved in the local community and schools. Supporting the Lincoln-Way School District and surrounding schools isn’t a side project—it’s part of how we show up as a business and serve our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
COMPENSATION:
Your compensation is performance-based and uncapped, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your effort and results—there’s no ceiling on what you can achieve here. Pay could depend on insurance background and experience. Monthly stipend paid toward your health insurance cost.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
