Role Description:
State Farm Agent, Phil Goodge is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of an Operations Manager. As an Operations manager you will supervise employees, coordinates office processes, maintain workflow efficiency, and contribute to overall team success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational tasks and scheduling.
  • Support data tracking and performance reporting.
  • Assist in customer outreach and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the agent to implement operational plans.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance agency business operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Must have at least one CA insurance license (eg, P&C or L/H).



Compensation: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
