ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative for Berenice Mendez, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks, including acting as a receptionist by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk activities. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you an ideal fit for this role. In this position, you will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community you serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensación: $34,999.00 - $74,999.00 per year
