Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Account Associate to help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role focuses on supporting daily operations, monitoring workflows, and ensuring tasks are completed on time so the agent can stay focused on customers and growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, working with data, and being a reliable resource for the team. Office experience not necessary, just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team workflows and help ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on time
- Track production, activity, and office performance using spreadsheets
- Assist with customer service tasks, including policy changes, billing questions, and general support
- Help maintain accurate records and organized files
- Communicate with team members to keep processes running smoothly
- Support the agent with operational and administrative needs as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analyzing basic data
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and support multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
