The Gregg Englebreth Agency is hiring a highly motivated Multiline Representative to drive new business and expand our existing book across two Philadelphia suburban locations. This is a sales-first role built for someone who thrives on activity, production goals, and closing.

You will quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance while building long-term relationships that generate retention and referrals. Service matters — but production drives success.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively generate and close new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up
  •  Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps
  •  Quote, present, and close policies across multiple lines
  •  Cross-sell additional products to strengthen account protection
  •  Manage a consistent pipeline and track activity to hit monthly goals
  •  Support service requests while identifying additional sales opportunities
  •  Collaborate with leadership to exceed office production targets

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
  • If not currently licensed, PA P&C must be obtained before Day 1
  • Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
  • Full licensing support and onboarding guidance provided

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-dominant mindset with strong closing ability
  •  Comfortable with outbound prospecting and objection handling
  •  Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management skills
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  •  Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
