The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a highly driven Acquisitions Specialist to generate new business across our two suburban Philadelphia locations. This is a production-focused role built for someone who thrives on outbound activity, managing a pipeline, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Conduct needs-based conversations and present tailored coverage solutions
Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life policies
Track activity and production to meet and exceed sales goals

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
If not currently licensed, P&C must be obtained before Day 1
Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
Full licensing support is provided

- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and objection handling
- Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses

- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
