I opened my agency in 2014 after gaining experience as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building an office centered on relationships and trust. I attended Saint Kate’s, am married with two daughters, and live in the community I serve — which makes our work here especially meaningful. Our team includes three members, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, energetic environment where customers are treated like family and doing the right thing always comes first.

We stay actively involved in the community through local schools, quarterly outreach efforts, the Centennial Area Chamber of Commerce, and St. Jude fundraising initiatives. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jen Korus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
