I opened my agency this year after spending six years working under another State Farm agent, gaining the experience and confidence needed to build my own office. I was raised in Puerto Rico and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive spirit, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Our team currently includes two members, and we’re focused on growing thoughtfully while maintaining a positive, supportive environment.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daryl Rivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
