Kim Varnadore State Farm is hiring a driven Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of new business growth. This role is built for someone who thrives on prospecting, follows up relentlessly, and takes pride in turning conversations into closed deals.

Florida Licensing Requirements
Florida requires proper state licensing to solicit and sell insurance products.
For this position:
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative or 2-20 General Lines (P&C) license required prior to start
- If not currently licensed, must obtain P&C license before Day 1
- Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license required within 45 days
Licensing support and guidance provided.
What You’ll Own
- Prospecting activity: outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and local networking
- Building and maintaining a healthy, active pipeline of opportunities
- Running efficient discovery conversations to uncover needs and buying triggers
- Presenting clear, compelling options and asking for the sale with confidence
- Managing your book of prospects from first contact through closed business
- Maintaining strong follow-up cadence to increase conversion rates
- Tracking daily activity, pipeline movement, and production metrics
- Identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing value on every interaction
