Jeff Sawyer State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, building pipelines, and closing new business. This is a production-focused role built for a competitive professional who wants their income directly tied to effort and results.

You will drive agency growth by generating new opportunities, leading consultative sales conversations, and converting prospects into long-term policyholders. This role requires confidence, discipline, and a strong desire to win.

Licensing Requirements

Full licensing is required.

  • If you do not currently hold a Property & Casualty license, it must be obtained prior to Day 1 in the office

  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting

Full licensing support is provided to help you successfully complete the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, digital leads, referrals, and community outreach

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects

  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations and present tailored insurance solutions

  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

  • Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies

  • Cross-sell additional product lines to maximize household revenue

  • Track daily activity metrics and meet or exceed acquisition targets

  • Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed goals

  • Confidence initiating outbound contact and handling objections

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred

  • Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
