Are you a proven State Farm producer who knows how to close, cross-sell, and build a strong in-book portfolio?

We are seeking a highly motivated, fully licensed Insurance Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of State Farm experience who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This is a remote position designed for someone who understands State Farm systems, products, and sales expectations and can hit the ground running.

This is not an entry-level or service-only role. We are looking for a sales professional who is confident, competitive, and driven by production goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively sell auto, fire, life, and health products

  • Cross-sell and round out household accounts

  • Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and warm leads

  • Maximize in-book opportunities and increase household penetration

  • Follow up consistently to close pending business

  • Meet and exceed monthly production goals

  • Maintain accurate documentation in State Farm systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience (required)

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)

  • Active Life & Health license (required)

  • Proven track record of sales production

  • Strong understanding of State Farm quoting systems and underwriting guidelines

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong closing skills and objection handling ability

Compensation:
