Remote Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Experienced Required

Are you a proven State Farm producer who knows how to close, cross-sell, and build a strong in-book portfolio?
We are seeking a highly motivated, fully licensed Insurance Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of State Farm experience who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This is a remote position designed for someone who understands State Farm systems, products, and sales expectations and can hit the ground running.
This is not an entry-level or service-only role. We are looking for a sales professional who is confident, competitive, and driven by production goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively sell auto, fire, life, and health products
- Cross-sell and round out household accounts
- Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and warm leads
- Maximize in-book opportunities and increase household penetration
- Follow up consistently to close pending business
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in State Farm systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience (required)
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- Proven track record of sales production
- Strong understanding of State Farm quoting systems and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong closing skills and objection handling ability
