I opened my agency in 2020 after two decades as a State Farm executive. Today, our office includes seven team members and continues to grow. We’re also active in the community, supporting organizations such as Grace of Grapevine, Viola’s House Dallas, and the Esperanza Project.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps
  • Develop relationships with prospects and customers
  • Follow a proven sales process
  • Manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Follow up diligently to maximize closing opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly production goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty license preferred
  • Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency
  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
