ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2018, and today I have a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for the way I lead and support my own team now.

Community involvement is important to me—I participate in a variety of local events and support several charitable efforts throughout the year. Giving back is a big part of who we are.

I offer PTO, sick days, a Simple IRA, license reimbursement, and a healthy work–life balance. I want my team to feel supported both personally and professionally. Our office is very family-oriented, outgoing, and team-driven. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gwen Szmania - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
