ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a customer Service representative with Tammy Johnson State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a good fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support, and helping customers protect what's important to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates and obtaining a new policy if that is what they need
- Follow up with customers and our underwriting team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Calling customers to help build relationships and help grow the agency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- P &C License and Life and Health License or willingness to obtain
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
