Now Hiring: In-Office Client Services Agent
Local State Farm Insurance Agency | In-Office Position
We’re looking to add an in-house Client Services Agent to our growing agency. This role supports existing clients, assists with service and sales conversations, and helps our leadership team stay out of the weeds so we can keep growing the right way.
This is an in-office role and requires insurance licensing, which we will support and coach you through if you’re the right fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supporting existing clients with service needs such as policy changes, billing questions, and general account support
- Assisting with in-office customer appointments
- Helping identify opportunities within existing client accounts (reviews, pivots, coverage gaps)
- Working assigned book lists to follow up with clients who may need additional coverage
- Supporting leadership by reducing day-to-day service load
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
- Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings

- Willing to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide guidance and support)
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
