The Elizabeth Cardenas State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Insurance Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our licensed sales agent, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet an outbound sales call quota and a minimum talk time each day.
- Provide information on insurance products and services to potential customers
- Process insurance applications and meet minimum sales quotas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and a desire to help others.
- Above average communication skills.
- Insurance License preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
