ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are a top-performing State Farm agency in the Twin Cities metro, known for our strong client-first philosophy and our consistent success in protecting what matters most to our customers. We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Personal Account Representative to join our growing team and support our mission of delivering trusted insurance and financial services.

As an Personal Account Representative, you will work directly with existing customers to provide exceptional service, handle policy changes, support claims, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen their coverage. You’ll conduct customer reviews, uncover gaps in protection, and recommend additional products that ensure each customer is fully covered—all within a supportive, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for current customers regarding policy changes, updates, billing questions, and coverage explanations
  • Assist customers with claims by gathering information, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth handoff when needed
  • Conduct scheduled customer reviews to evaluate current policies, identify coverage gaps, and propose appropriate insurance or financial products
  • Build strong, long-term relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service
  • Present new or additional products to meet customer needs and improve overall protection
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide solutions, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction
  • Document interactions, update customer profiles, and manage follow-up tasks 
  • Collaborate with the agency team to meet service goals and support overall agency growth

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.

Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
