ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 after graduating from Central Washington University, spending many years as a corporate auditor, and gaining hands-on experience working for a State Farm agent. Today, our team includes six members, and we’ve built a reputation for strong relationships, trusted service, and deep community involvement.

I’ve been married for 36 years and have four grown children, and my family’s love for staying active and traveling has shaped the way I view balance, teamwork, and resilience. Giving back is an important part of our identity—we support local schools, food banks, small businesses, and I serve on the board for the Trauma Intervention Program.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for LeAnn Dodge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
