Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and other services via phone and email
- Provide accurate, timely information and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update client records and documentation in our system
- Work closely with insurance agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and agency operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience preferred; insurance industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- A career-driven mindset with a desire to grow within the insurance field
