Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Registered Representative with active Series 6 and 63 licenses to join our sales team. This role involves selling a diverse portfolio of financial products including mutual funds, variable annuities, as well as life and health insurance products. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an existing book of business, helping clients expand their portfolio by adding financial services alongside their current life and health products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients.
  • Work with an existing book of business to introduce and cross-sell financial services products.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend suitable investment, life, and health insurance products.
  • Present and explain mutual funds, variable annuities, life insurance, and health insurance products clearly and persuasively.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to securities and insurance sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding client service and support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall firm growth.
  • Stay current on market trends, financial products, life and health insurance products, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Active Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
  • Life and health insurance licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Proven sales experience in financial services and/or insurance preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
