ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after spending time in another State Farm office, driven by the goal of building my own agency and continuing my family’s legacy as a second-generation State Farm agent. I studied science before shifting my path toward investing, and ultimately insurance, and I’m a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work, I’m a dad to twin daughters, and I love food - trying new restaurants, supporting small local spots, and traveling whenever I can.

Our team currently includes two team members, and we’re excited to grow as we build a strong, motivated office together. We offer perks such as travel incentives, a 401k, work–life balance, and reimbursed licensing costs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Hunt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
