Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required — or a willingness to obtain them with full support from our agency.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate New Business – Identify opportunities, reach out to prospects, and confidently sell insurance and financial service solutions.

  • Deliver Superior Client Care – Support policy changes, renewals, claims inquiries, and everyday service needs.

  • Consult & Guide – Educate customers on coverage options, protection strategies, and long-term planning opportunities.

  • Enhance Retention & Loyalty – Foster ongoing trust through proactive communication and policy reviews.

  • Stay Knowledgeable – Keep up with evolving products, trends, and customer needs to remain a go-to resource.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in insurance, financial services, or strong sales roles preferred

  • A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

  • Commitment to exceptional service while uncovering growth opportunities

  • Required licenses or willingness to obtain (with agency support)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
