Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a small, high-energy team of two full-time and two part-time professionals who love what they do. Before opening the agency, I ran a bowling center, but when a friend told me that becoming a State Farm agent was the best decision he’d ever made, I decided to take the leap—and it’s been an incredible journey ever since.

As an entrepreneur and proud mom of three grown boys, I bring a mix of determination, positivity, and real-life experience to my work every day. Giving back to the community is also close to my heart. My family has supported the Idaho Youth Ranch for generations (my grandfather even purchased horses for the program), and it’s an honor to continue that legacy.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Juliet Blick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
