ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2025 and currently have a team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 4.5 years as a team member and six years working in claims for State Farm, which gave me a deep understanding of both sides of the business.

I come from a State Farm family — my brother is also an agent. I went to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and outside of work I love fishing, playing golf, traveling, and catching sporting events. I’m also actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Sonka - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
