Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in the oil and gas industry, but my passion for helping people and building lasting relationships led me to make the transition into insurance.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business and was born and raised right here in San Antonio. I’m a proud husband and father of three, and when I’m not in the office, you’ll most likely find me outdoors spending quality time with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thomas Specia - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
