Since opening my agency in 2021, I’ve built a small but dedicated team of five and created an environment that blends support, independence, and growth. My journey into the insurance world was a unique one — I was recruited by State Farm without any prior background in the industry. I embraced the challenge, bringing with me experience as a sales performance manager in the auto field, a background in the medical industry, and even an education in art. Entrepreneurship runs in my blood, as both sides of my family are small business owners, which gives me a deep appreciation for hard work and ambition.

Community involvement and connection are important to us. We enjoy participating in local events like outdoor movies and concerts in the park, and we make it a priority to host monthly team-bonding activities. Every  month, we dedicate a full day to social media and outreach to further engage with our community and expand our impact.

I’m deeply committed to investing time, energy, and training into my team, but I also believe in giving people the space to take initiative and grow without constant oversight. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sierra Juhl - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
