We’re seeking a high-performing, sales-focused Insurance and Financial Services Representative to join our team. In this role, your primary mission is to drive new business, expand client portfolios, and deliver personalized financial and insurance solutions that truly matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively generate, pursue, and close new business across multiple product lines

  • Conduct personalized consultations tailored to clients’ financial and insurance goals

  • Present, market, and sell a wide range of solutions—including life, health, auto, home, retirement, and investment products

  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend revenue-driving strategies that benefit clients

  • Build and maintain a strong book of business through regular communication and proactive outreach

  • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements to stay competitive

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to maximize earning potential

  • Active insurance licenses (Life & Health, P&C) preferred—or willingness to obtain (full support provided)
