What You’ll Do
- Manage customer accounts with a proactive, sales-minded approach—identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, and personalized product recommendations.
- Support claims follow-ups to ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to streamline policy approvals and maintain accuracy.
- Maintain organized, detailed records in the CRM and track opportunities throughout the client lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- An energetic, outgoing communicator who enjoys helping people and building rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
- A proactive problem-solver who feels comfortable having consultative sales conversations.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses (full support provided).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
