RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- -Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
