Account Manager- Roger Beeler State Farm Agent (McHenry, IL)

We are expanding our highly accountable, high standards State Farm Agency in McHenry, IL. We need Illinois P&C-licensed professionals who excel in both customer service and sales - and want to grow in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Must Have
- Active Illinois P&C License
- Strong phone/text/email skills
- Confident quoting, advising, problem-solving
- Reliable, consistent, coachable
- Comfortable with clear expectations and a structured workflow

What You'll Do
Service Responsibilities:
- Handle billing questions, coverage updates, and policy changes
- Educate customers on coverage needs and State Farm options
- Provide fast, accurate, solutions-focused support
- Maintain detailed customer notes and follow-through in CRM
Sales Responsibilities:
- Quote Auto, Home, Life, and Health products
- Work inbound leads + conduct proactive outreach
- Recommend additional products based on customer needs
- Build strong relationships that lead to long-term retention

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
