We are seeking a motivated and coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to offer insurance products tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including client consultations, policy processing, and administrative duties.
- Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through coaching and training.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
