ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry? Brad Rehfeldt State Farm is seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work with team and independently
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
