Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a full commitment to success every day
- Make outbound or inbound calls to leads from provided lists
- Track leads accurately
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

Requirements
- Basic communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Dedication to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- A positive attitude

Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
