Qualifications:
- Proven sales ability or strong desire to succeed in a sales-focused role.
- Excellent communication and persuasive phone skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (support provided).
