If you’ve got personality, drive, and a natural gift for connecting with people, we want you on our team. We’re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Telemarketing Associate to help us grow our State Farm agency in Clinton, MD.
This is not your average insurance job. You’ll be representing a trusted local brand, developing real communication and marketing skills, and getting paid to do meaningful work—all with a schedule that works around your classes, internship, or other commitments.
What You’ll Do
- Start the Conversation: Call potential customers using warm leads (no random cold calls).
- Build Connections: Speak confidently with both Spanish- and English-speaking clients and help them understand how we can protect what matters most.
- Set the Stage: Schedule follow-ups for our licensed agents and make sure every customer leaves the call feeling valued.
- Grow Your Game: Learn how to handle objections, deliver clear messages, and communicate like a professional.
