Our agency first opened its doors in 1983 and has grown into one of the largest agencies in San Diego, California. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an underwriting supervisor, which gave me a strong foundation in policy management and customer service.

I’m a proud San Diego State University graduate, and family means everything to me — I have three kids, and two of them are also State Farm agents. Our office is well-established and known throughout the community; over the years, we’ve been deeply involved in local schools, churches, and neighborhood events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Steve Beach - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
